Real Estate Photography


What We Do

  • Our professional photographers use Canon digital cameras (DSLR) to photograph your property
  • We arrive 30 minutes prior to photo shoot. Most photo shoots last between 45-60 minutes
  • Shot at location of property
  • Prices vary throughout the year (ask for details)

What You Do

  • $50 deposit
  • Balance due the day of the shoot
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to get prepared for shoot

What You Get

  • Online gallery to look through
  • We handle all post processing and select the best photos that utilize correct depths of field and
    shutter speed. You choose 15 photos to be edited and/or retouched.
  • You retain reproduction rights and limited copyrights
  • Additional edits over 15 are $20/image
  • All unedited images are are available (pricing may vary)

Commercial Photography


What We Do

  • We arrive 30 minutes prior to photo shoot
  • We provide all necessary lighting

What You Do

  • $300 for first hour
  • $50/hour after that​

What You Get

  • You get all images
  • You choose 15 digital negatives to be edited and/or retouched
  • Additional edits over 15 are $20/image


Portrait Photography


What We Do

  • We arrive 30 minutes prior to photo shoot
  • We provide all necessary lighting

What You Do

  • $50 deposit
  • Balance due the day of the shoot
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to get prepared for shoot
  • Allowed up to 3 outfit changes

What You Get

  • Online gallery to look through
  • You choose 15 digital negatives to be edited and/or retouched, including reproduction rights and limited copyrights
  • Additional edits over 15 are $20/image
  • All unedited images are are available (pricing may vary)


Add-ons

Twilight Photos – $50

(Scheduled 30 minutes before sunset.) Photos are taken during that “golden hour” around sunset. They truly make the home stand out with natural and inviting hues, contrasted by the home’s own light and make the home look extraordinary.

Payments

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks.

Deposits

50% of the balance is due at the time of booking.


Fees

Cancellations and Inclement Weather

Minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid losing your deposit. Notifying us allows us an opportunity to reset our schedule and avoid driving to a location. We will always work with you to reschedule your appointment. If you do need to cancel (giving us more than 24 hours notice), we will refund your money or apply the deposit toward another upcoming shoot.

In South Florida, the weather is always something to keep in mind. If it looks like the weather may affect the photo shoot, it’s best to call to reschedule. If we get a “go ahead” and weather does prevent our photo shoot, you will forfeit your deposit.

Rescheduling

No charge, with minimum of 24 hour notice. We are always willing to work with you to reschedule your shoot.
